Orders, Shipping and Returns

Orders ship within a week of ordering from our office in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Shipping times are not guaranteed. As we are located in a rural community, it may take a little longer for your order to reach you. Good things are worth waiting for!  

If you’ve purchased a print book from our site, you will receive an order confirmation immediately and a second email once your order has shipped. If the one or all of the books you have ordered are not yet available, we will send you an email once they’re released. We will ship partial orders. 

If you have purchased an ebook from our site, you will receive an order confirmation immediately and download instructions shortly thereafter. Digital files are available in EPUB (and sometimes PDF) formats. If you don’t receive download instructions, please send an email at info@assemblypress.ca and we’ll help you out.  

If there is something missing from your order, or you received a damaged book please contact within seven business days by email. Please include your order number and we’ll respond as soon as possible. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. All sales are in Canadian dollars.  

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange at the expense of the customer. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
